Job Description

Are you an experienced Legal secretary Would you like a new challengeOur client is a well-established legal practice serving clients in Leamington Spa and beyond. They pride ourselves on providing exceptional legal services across various practice areas.Role Overview:As a Legal Secretary, you will play a crucial role in supporting our legal team. Your responsibilities will include administrative tasks, document preparation, and client communication. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual who thrives ina fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:

  • Document Management: Prepare, edit, and proofread legal documents, correspondence, and reports.
  • Diary Management: Maintain calendars for attorneys, schedule meetings, and manage appointments.
  • Client Interaction: Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries from clients professionally and promptly.
  • File Maintenance: Organize and maintain client files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with general office tasks, including filing, photocopying, and data entry.
Qualifications:
  • Previous Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience as a Legal Secretary, preferably in family law.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple tasks with precision.
  • Team Player: Collaborate effectively with colleagues and attorneys.
