Job Description

IT Technician - Leamington Spa - up to £32,000 (On-Site)Are you a skilled IT Technician with experience in System Support, 1st line/2nd line and Active Directory If you have a proven track record in these areas, we have an exciting role that might be the perfect fit for you!My client is seeking an IT Technician to join their team, offering an excellent opportunity for professional growth and development within a growing Inhouse Company. Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide 1st and 2nd line support for the internal user base, including troubleshooting software, hardware, and business applications.
  • Provide support for IT systems used by internal employees, addressing various IT problems.
  • Provide training on new applications and software
  • Work closely with the IT team to cover new projects and roll outs
  • Networking troubleshooting and administration
The ideal candidate will have/be able to:
  • Previous Helpdesk Experience (Telephone/Email/Face-to-Face Support)
  • Strong customer/client service
  • Great written and communication skills
  • Proficient with Windows 10/11
  • Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy
  • Office 365 - management
  • Be decisive and have the passion to problem-solve
  • IT Certifications are an Added Bonus (CompTIA, MCP etc)
