360 Recruitment are a specialist Technology recruiter, currently recruiting for an IT Client Services Manager to join one of the fastest-growing MSPs in the UK.Role:IT Client Services ManagerSalary:£DOE + Benefits (Circa £60,000 -£70,000)Contract Role:Full TimeFixed Term Contract Until May 2023Location:Remote work Able to visit Client site in Stratford Upon AvonAbout the Role: The IT Client Services Manager is accountable for the professional delivery of service quality management that drives service excellence, increased customer satisfaction and customer retention for aligned Customers.Accountable for establishing and maintaining strategic and operational relationships with your customers based upon service excellence and good customer service.You are an individual that thrives on service excellence. You recognize service excellence as a personal value and apply it to everything you do. It is natural behaviour and never an inconvenience to help others. You pride yourself on how you and the teamare perceived by others.Main Responsibilities:The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and developing the client relationship at all levels.The IT Client Services Manager will manage and resolve customer issues or complaints so that customer satisfaction levels are high and work closely with the sales function to identify new opportunities and win new business contributing to Customer impactassessment meetings.

• Responsible for maintaining and developing the client relationship at all levels
• Management and resolution of any customer issues or complaints so that customer satisfaction levels are high
• Work with the Customer site-based team to maintain service levels and customer satisfaction.
• Chair weekly meetings with the management team
• Work closely with the sales team to identify new opportunities within the contract.
• Maintain contractual governance and adherence to the customer processes and procedures
• Present the monthly service pack at monthly service review alongside Operations manager and consultants.
• The provision of quality services is delivered in a professional and cost-effective manner.
• Ensuring effective service delivery across all services in-line with customer requirements and process governance
• Have a good understanding of the IT services provided to the client

Experience:

• Able to set a clear direction for the Team and the function
• Ability to identify with the customer at all levels and develop empathy
• Able to present ideas and facts in a convincing way, gaining commitment and support to upselling services and business development opportunities
• Have project management capability and develops effective resource and operational plans to ensure a smooth service and project implementation
• Demonstrate a passion for the customer and for delivering service excellence
• Results-oriented setting high standards for self and others
• Can plan and gain support to changing priorities. Can maintain levels of commitment both internally and externally through effective communication
