Together, their shaping a brighter future for mothers and babies.Your role as HR Manager:You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the charitys objectives. Youll provide HR advisory support to employees, bridge management-employee relations to ensure strong workforce engagement and optimal performance.In addition, youll oversee performance and absence management and collaborate with senior leaders to manage organisational change. Youwill lead with ethics, thrive on adaptability, and maintain confidentiality while staying up to date on the latest HR trends. Conflict resolution and relationship-building will be key strengths.
