Job Description

My client in Leamington Spa has an exciting opportunity to support them as a Health and Safety Co-ordinator on a temporary basis.Main purpose of the job

  • Manage order processing from clients
  • Manage any joining instructions for clients
  • Effective workflow from order to delivery and invoicing
  • Ensure accurate billing for clients
  • Manage internal consultant and associates schedules for delivery
  • Work with Head of Consultancy and Head of Learning on other requirements
Key Responsibilities
  • Organising a wide discipline of H&S Training Courses for a Key Account.
  • Liaising with internal and external training deliverers.
  • Organising training Materials.
  • Updating personnel records with course attendance.
  • Communicating with all levels of personnel to ensure training is booked and all relevant documentation is complete.
  • Sending certificates.
  • Dealing with customer queries.
  • Ensuring information is stored and recorded.
  • Ensure a real attention to detail.
  • Other admin and co-ordination duties as required
Client is looking for someone who is extremely well organised and has great attention to detail as you will be working on a major contract.Salary £26,000 - £28,000 depending upon experienceWorking hours are 9am5pmMonday to FridayIf this role is of interest, please apply with your most up to date CV.
