Job Description

Customer service specialist based in Leamington but working from home 3 days a week Purpose of Role o Order entry into ERP system for customers purchase order sales orders shipping from various ship points o Transact, monitor and track customer order changes and requirements to the specific order(s) o Work with Logistics / Customer Operations Team for shipping and distribution of parts to fulfill customers orders o Backlog management o Ensure wholesome and complete order history in compliance to audit and filing retrieval. o Follow up of quotes from the existing CRM system based on adequate information from Sales Team and relevant approvals. Assist and support EU Sales Operation Manager Head in: o Achieving EU sales targets by managing revenue risks and delivery risks. o EU Minimum Order Value management and reporting. o EU Push out / cancellation management and reporting. o EU Delayed Sales Orders management and reporting. o EU Account Receivables management and reporting. Manage overdue payments and debt recovery, by driving/implementing/reinforcing the collection procedures and dealing directly with the most complex cases. - Support and participate in all corporate projects to develop and implement best practices and activity reporting pertaining to order management. - Operationally support all order entry activities into the ERP system for both sales and service orders - Ensure timeliness and accuracy of all order entry transactions - Accountable to track all order status to ensure sales and service orders are allocated and shipped on time For this role you must have strong customer service experience or credit control experience, good working knowledge and understanding of ERP systems and their use in a global manufacturing environment and be team player with good problem solving ability If you have any team management experience then this would be idea as this role will have progression You must be able to speak English & German language in spoken and written form and Dutch language is an advantage.
