Job Description

Customer Service Advisor£25 - £26k. 9:30 am – 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday. 25 days annual leave + bank holidays. Pension scheme.Due to company growth, our client is looking for a motivated, positive and helpful customer services advisor to join their cutting-edge tech business.This team strive through passion, motivation, and hard work to bring modern, meaningful and affordable medical equipment to market, increasing patients’ quality of life.Customer Service Advisor Role and ResponsibilitiesThis role is to exceed customers’ expectations by delivering the highest level of customer service in an efficient, polite, courteous, and professional manner. You will represent the brand and our core values; you will be responsible for the following:

  • Delivering timely and accurate communication and support to all existing and new customers via phone + email.
  • Resolving problems by clarifying the customer’s needs/complaints – providing the best solution to solve the problem. Following up to ensure they are fully resolved.
  • To achieve solutions, working closely with logistics, credit department and sales team
  • Resolving complaints in accordance with policies and procedures
  • Process orders/exchanges/cancellations
  • Providing customers with timely and accurate information, order status and product knowledge
  • Accurate data entry and maintenance of order notes within ERP and CRM systems
  • Working as a team to assist the department in achieving its KPIs
  • Managing the workflow from order to invoice, monitoring orders to ensure shipment deadlines are met
  • Working closely with Warehouse to coordinate dispatch/return of orders, Trunk Show + Loan dresses
  • General administrative duties
  • Where necessary any additional duties to evolve to the needs of the business and support any process improvements
Customer Service AdvisorRequirements:
  • At least 1 – 3 years’ of customer service experience across any sector
  • Outstanding listening, verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Pro-active attitude towards work - a team player, enthusiastic, accurate and commercially oriented
  • Requires friendly, professional etiquette and courtesy when dealing with customers, team members and other departments.
