Join a fast growing start up business, in an exciting industry, local to Leamington.About the BusinessAn opportunity to be an Assistant Accountant/Accounts Assistant for an excellent service business near Leamington. The business is a young high-tech company which operates globally. The company is growing fast, and really look after their staff!Main Duties:As an Assistant Accountant/Accounts Assistant, your main duties include:

  • Transactional and month end duties
  • Recording supplier invoices and conducting reconciliations for accounts payable.
  • Managing employee expenses.
  • Monitoring the accounting inbox daily.
  • Responding to enquiries regarding customer and supplier billing.
  • Creating supplier and customer documentation.
  • Contributing to month-end procedures.
  • Providing assistance in daily accounting operations.
Location / Office / CultureThe role is hybrid, with 2 days based in the office and the rest being able to be completed at home.The business is based in Leamington, within a finance team of around 3. Although there are only a few in finance, the company is growing and recruiting heavily. This growing company is new, in an exciting industry and has massive opportunity for growth.What We Are Looking For
  • Enthusiastic, energetic and happy to be involved with transactional finance
  • 1+ Years of transactional finance experience
  • A keen eye to develop new processes and procedures
