Job Description

Sectors: Electronics, Automotive, ManufacturingJob Title: Assembly Technician Location: Leamington Spa, Warwickshire Salary: £20,000 - £30,000 per annum Due to growth and demand, an established and successful company based in Leamington Spa, Warwickshire who specialise within the engineering industry for sectors that include Automotive, Marine, EV & Autonomous and many more are now seeking to hire for a brand new Assembly Technician to join their business on a permanent basis.Salary:The salary on offer for the successful Assembly Technician is £20,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on skillset & experience.Assembly Technician Key Skills:

  • Assemble PCBS by hand and/ or on pic and place machine
  • Setting up of pic and place machine
  • Good hand soldering techniques
  • Quality check PCBS (solder joints etc )
  • Test PCBS using various equipment (oscilloscopes , in house test equipment)
  • Assemble test equipment
  • Build customers test equipment
  • Wiring of control boxes and associated equipment
  • Able to read electronic and assembly drawings
  • Programming of micros (mp lab, base code)
  • And any other help required within the company
  • Training will be given to the right candidate
