Job Description

SEN Teaching Assistant x4 Academy: ACE Schools CornwallHours per Week: 32.5Closing Date: Friday 2nd January 2021 12pmStart: 11th January 2021The Supply Register are proud to be working as a managed service provider on behalf of the Transforming Future Trust. We are working with academies within both trusts for all teaching requirements including daily and long term requirements. Due to continued growth we are looking for eager and energetic teaching assistants to support these academies on an ongoing basis.We require a highly motivated and creative Teaching Assistants to support a student across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. The student does have behavioural challenges therefore the school are seeking a qualified Teacher Assistant who is also Team Teach trained.General Duties

  • As and when required, to undertake duties in connection with personal hygiene and welfare of students, as directed by teaching staff
  • Provide clerical/admin support, e.g. attendance/absence, typing, photocopying, printing, display, baseline assessment
  • Ensuring maintenance of a clean, safe, and orderly working environment
  • Timely and accurate preparation of routine equipment, resources, materials, as instructed, ensuring quality/safety
  • Undertake record keeping as directed
  • Monitoring and arranging orderly and secure storage of learning resources
    • In order the speed up the registration process for when the schools do return to normal we have created a process where 80% of the signing up process is completed from the safety of your own home with the remaining 20% of the process able to be completed once certain sanctions and advisories have been lifted and it is again safe to continue on as normal.Why Should You Apply
