Some children / young people will have sufferedadverse childhood experiences, and you will identify their risks and needs, escalating where necessary. Working within a Mental Health and Trauma setting is incredibly challenging, together, wewill qualify and disqualify the sectors for yourself, ensuring we are focused on the right ones for you.The school focuses on employing graduates and no graduates, it’s the sincerity of candidates that they are looking for. Subsequently they face many barriers in lifeand are more ‘at risk’ of negative outcomes.
