Maintenance AssistantForth Valley Royal HospitalLarbert, FK5 4WRFull time (37.5 hours per week) over 6 weeks rotational shift patternSalary, £21,709£23,603 dependent upon experienceplus annual shift allowance circa £4200PermanentHere at Serco, were looking for a Maintenance Assistant to join us at Forth Valley Royal Hospital, Larbert. Reporting into the Maintenance Officer you will undertake electrical, mechanical and grounds planned preventative maintenance and repairs. This caninclude fire alarm testing, replacing lamps & pull chords, assist with lift entrapment and release, safety checks on boilers, ventilation grill and light shade cleaning, repair leaking taps, meter readings, fire extinguisher checks, assembling furniture, replacementof fixture and fittings etc.What youll need to do the roleYou will be able to demonstrate previous experience in a maintenance role and knowledge of building and engineering trades will be an advantage.
