Job Description

We are on a journey to make the world a beautiful andsustainable place to live and have pledged to achieve net-zero carbon emissions by 2050!This is a fantastic opportunity to join as a Quality Coordinator with Scotframe where the primary purpose of the role is to manage the timely resolution of customer complaints and internal/other external nonconformities. Also driving and facilitating root cause analysis and appropriate corrective actionsto prevent recurrence will be a key requirement.As a Quality Coordinator member with Scotframe the key responsibilities are below but limited to

  • Manage the NCR system and ensure that all service complaints of dissatisfaction are logged and recorded in NCR system.
  • Ensure acknowledgements are sent to customers to confirm complaint is being dealt with in a timely manner, and in accordance with our policy.
  • Take ownership of complaints from our customers, work with and drive the stakeholders involved in each complaint to identify true root cause and appropriate corrective actions to achieve final resolution and provide feedback to customers.
  • Use data to identify areas in which the processes can be improved to enable us to improve efficiency, effectiveness and enhance our internal and external customers experience. Actively promote and implement alternative methods of working to meet theseneeds.
  • Conduct internal audits in accordance to the audit schedule and drive compliance across Scotframe.
  • Play host/ facilitation role to external auditors and maintain our certifications (ISO 9001, STA).
  • Manage the update/improvement of the Business Management System (Document Control System).
  • Lead or play an active role in improvement projects across the business.

  • Experience of problem solving and root cause analysis/corrective action process experience.
  • Experience of procedure and process map writing (document control).
  • Internal auditor in ISO 9001 (desirable).
  • Standard grade or equivalent Maths and English grade 1-3 or equivalent
  • Strong literacy, numeracy and communication skills at all levels, both written and verbal.
  • IT literate in systems relevant to role i.e. Microsoft packages such as Share-Point, Word, Excel.
  • Ability to consistently demonstrate initiative to spot and highlight areas/matters of concern and drive improvements.
  • Able to manage workload and work to tight deadlines including working on own initiative, and as part of a team.
  • Willingness and ability to learn.
  • Flexibility as some travel is required.
