Job Description

Were looking for 3 Production Cell Quality Assurance Managers; each looking after one cell and working collectively for cell wide requirements.This is a unique opportunity to deliver hands-on management whilst having the support of those in the same role. Youll be responsible for:

  • Managing all Quality related issues for a given cell
  • Managing audit requirements (gap analyses, implementation and monitor compliance to), traceability, sampling audits and customer complaints
  • Managing a small team of lab technicians
  • Playing a key role in all internal and 3 rd party QESH audits
  • Collaborating with the production manager and liaising with the wider business
  • Ensuring the site has the relevant Quality processes in place and that they are being adhered to
  • Assisting in labour planning activities including holidays, absenteeism etc
  • Playing a key role in the implementation and compliance to Environmental and Safety Standards within the cell and liaise with the SMEs on the continual improvement and practical application of these in the cell, for example adherence to Task Based RiskAssessments
  • Working collectively with the Operations team on Safety and Environmental Incidents relating to the cell
  • Developing and Strengthening site documentation where required
  • Delivering training across Quality, Safety & Environment
  • Conducting associated reporting
