Job Description

You will be part of a small team within the Procurement department and will be responsible for liaising with management, colleagues, and external suppliers to expedite orders and deal with queries.Client DetailsA growing manufacturing organisationDescription

  • Carrying out a range of administrative duties including accurate data entry
  • Coding and pricing purchase requests and orders
  • Liaising with several different departments, seeking updates, and expediting materials, services, and bought-in products
  • Communicating to external suppliers as required
  • Use of internal systems to update orders and load new orders
Profile
  • Understanding the important of Health & Safety within the workplace is important.
  • Good team player and communicator but also the ability to work from own initiative.
  • You should be a confident communicator,
  • Be able to exhibit excellent attention to detail and be keen to progress within a fast paced, dynamic office-based role.
  • You should possess current relevant IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel. i.e., Pivots and Lookup formulas.
