  • Proven experience in outbound sales, with a focus on expanding product ranges
  • Exceptional organizational skills to manage daily call plans and achieve outbound call KPIs
  • Ability to respond promptly to email campaign inquiries and website sample requests
  • Skilled in influencing customers to secure new business and cross-sell associated products
  • Track record of achieving sales targets in alignment with KPIs
  • Adept at maintaining up-to-date market and competitor knowledge
  • Strong communication skills to handle inbound calls from customers
  • Collaborative mindset to liaise effectively with Sales Reps, Customers, Branches, and Suppliers
  • Capability to position oneself in the clients shoes and provide optimal solutions
  • Proactive in connecting with potential leads and actively listening to customer needs
  • Detail-oriented approach in dealing with order and costing queries
  • Proficient in creating ad-hoc sales reports and assisting with month-end processes
  • Comfortable updating orders, prices, and order confirmations in the companys systems
  • Capable of updating stock levels and reporting figures to customers
