Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a Multi Skilled Engineer to work within a highly respected FMCG company. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering effective and responsive maintenance service within the Engineering & Manufacturing department.Client DetailsThe employer is a prominent player in the FMCG industry, employing staff across various locations.   • Provide a proactive approach to maintenance and quickly react to breakdowns.
  • Ensure equipment is serviced and repaired efficiently to minimise downtime.
  • Work closely with the operations team to identify potential engineering improvements.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations and procedures.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the engineering function.
  • Take part in routine inspections and maintenance schedules.
  • Assist in project work when required.
  • Support the training of junior members of the team.
ProfileA successful Multi Skilled Engineer should have:
  • A recognised engineering qualification (HNC, HND, Degree or equivalent).
  • Experience working within a similar role in the FMCG industry.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • A good understanding of health and safety regulations.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • The ability to work flexibly according to the needs of the business.
Job Offer
  • A competitive salary of around £35,000 per annum, with a range of £35,000 - £43,000 (depending on overtime).
