Denholm is working with Sorba-Freeze, part of the Pitreavie Packaging Group, one of the leading lights in the chilled packaging industry, is looking to recruit an Internal Sales Executive to join their team in Cumbernauld. Sorba-Freeze is the most advancedchilled packaging solution on the market today. Products include insulated boxes, rolls and sheets, and chilled packaging solutions which are aimed at businesses transporting chilled items including meat, fish, dairy, fruit and veg as well as many other sectors.As an Internal Sales Executive, you will work closely with the internal teams to proactively increase sales of our Sorba-Freeze products with a focus on securing new business.* Conduct outbound sales activity to sell the full chilled packaging range* Organising & managing daily call plan to meet outbound call KPIs* Responding to e mail campaign interest, website sample enquiries* Influence customers to win business and cross selling associated products* Achieving sales targets in line with KPIs* Maintaining market and competitor knowledge* Taking inbound calls from customers.* Liaise with Sales Reps, Customers, Branches and Suppliers* Issuing information and processing orders from customers* Position themselves in the clients shoes and sell them the perfect solution* Connect with potential new leads* Actively listen and respond to the issues and concerns raised* Dealing with queries relating to orders and costings* Create ad-hoc sales reports* Updating orders, prices and order confirmations in the Companys systems* Assisting with month end processes* Update stock levels and report figures to customersThis role will suit a candidate who is looking to move on from either a Contact Centre or pressurised sales environment but who still has the desire and commitment to continue in a position where they will liaise with clients and develop business.Please get in touch for more information on this opportunity.
