Joining this leading electrical distribution business in Cumbernauld as a Graduate Trainee, you will complete an exciting rotational programme where youll spend time training in different departments before focusing on B2B sales. Learn about key areas of the business, the market they operate in and the products they sell.
Be mentored by an experienced manager.
Complete a programme of professional sales training that will equip you with all of the tools and skills needed to thrive in a successful sales career.
Progress towards a business development and area sales role where you will identify and develop new business opportunities and build strong relationships with B2B customers.
