You’ll test yourself with overseeing a mixture of civils and traditional construction schemes with work predominantly being located across Scotland, with no two projects the same.Your day to day will include:• Experience in managing multiple multidisciplinary D&B contracts including civils, Industrial Buildings, MEICA works & earthworks• Ensuring compliance with our Safety, Quality and Environmental Standards• Liaison with the Client and third-party stakeholders.• Line management of Site Agents and Site Engineers working on your projects.• Reviewing and approving contract documentation including CMP’s RAMS and Temporary Works• Reporting and presentation of monthly performance to Senior ManagementAs a company we celebrate and are keen to develop upon your talents, for this to happen we appreciate the benefits of working with us are very important.What would we like from you• Previous experience of managing civil engineering contracts in the water sector• Evidence of project controls, planning and the management and resolution of change controls• The ability to encourage performance within your team• Able to demonstrate excellent organisational and communication skills
