Business Relationship Manager (BRM)Im recruiting for a Business Relationship Manager ot join a client of mine on an initial 6 month contract. This role will be inside IR35 paying £700 per day and will be 2 days per week in East Killbride.Sc clearance required.Essential skills include BRM DDaT skill sets which cross over stakeholder relationship management, user focus, continual service improvement, ownership and initiative, technical understanding and business analysis including.* You can identify, analyse, manage, and monitor relationships with and between stakeholders building networks across and within Partner organisations.* You understand the value of business intelligence and know how to gather and maintain this at both a Partner and Portfolio level helping the organisation understand partner needs, opportunities, and challenges.* You can clarify mutual needs and commitments through consultation and consideration of impacts, ensuring that maximum benefit is gained from the products and services supplied.* You can take ownership of problems and proactively resolve technical problems, ensuring that technical solutions continue to meet business requirements, taking full accountability for the actions taken and decisions made.* You can demonstrate knowledge of the specific technologies necessary to fulfil the responsibilities and tasks of the role, understanding that knowledge of products and services is an essential foundation to manage relationships with Partners.* You can visualise and articulate complex problems and concepts, using partner feedback and business intelligence to explore opportunities for service and business improvements.* You can ensure that the business solution aligns with the vision, mission, objectives, strategy, business, and user needs.* You can understand users and identify who they are and what their needs are, based on evidence.* You can engage in meaningful interactions and relationships with Partners and users.* You can show that you put users first and can manage competing priorities.Lawrence Harvey is acting as an Employment Business in regards to this position.
