You will also need to have Excellent Communication, Reading and Writing Skills, in addition to having at least 12months experience in this role.The Role:The chosen Candidate will conduct Management, Refurbishment and Demolition Surveys on Commercial and Industrial Sites. You will need to develop relationships whilst out on site with Clients, Colleagues and members of the Public.
