Job Title - Account ManagerSalary - £26KLocation - East KilbrideHours - 37 hours per week The Account Manager role will typically involve managing and developing relationships with clients in order to meet their needs and ensure customer service standards are upheld at all times.You will have your own dedicated clients and will be responsible for maintaining and growing existing accounts.How your day will look - * Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their business requirements and providing effective solutions.* Collaborating with internal teams, such as the warehouse team to ensure customer satisfaction and drive business growth.* Monitoring market trends, competitors and industry developments to identify areas for business expansion.* Being on hand to provide resolution for clients * Maximise profitability by implementing strategic and measured customer retention programmes * Having regular review meetings with clients to establish needs and opportunities, measuring against agreed service levels.* Ensure client stock is accurately maintained and optimised to ensure maximum sales generation. * Ensure processes are in place to maintain/improve effectiveness of working practices including invoice generation and credit control. In addition to strong interpersonal and communication skills, the successful candidate will have a good understanding of the products or services they are offering and the industry in which they operate.
