Our client, a major automotive company require a Project Manager/Data Analyst for this long term contract position based at their Dunton, Basildon offices but due to current restriction remote working will be necessary. Own transport will be required when working on siteThe European Team now has global lead for vehicle service diagnostics creation. Candidate is required to assist the supervisor of the group in program management of this. Candidate will mainly use software such as Microsoft excel and Microsoft Access Additionally, in time candidate will be taught to use Company database tools such as that showing the statistics around vehicle warranty claims so that reports can be produced to aid the engineers writing the software diagnostics for current and future vehicles This is a new role so candidate once on board and understanding the role will be able to develop the roleSkills Required:Excellent Excel and AccessSkills knowledge of vehicles/systems but not in detailConfidence in presenting status to management teamAble to work remote Initiative - able to find and implement better ways to do things making us more efficient and have better quality resultsSkills Preferred:Current team based in UK, Germany, India but also has team members in these locations from Spain, Poland etc.Experience Required:Prior work in line with the role being advertised hereExperience Preferred:Prior Project ManagementPrior work as a data analystWork at a similar organisation within the automotive industry** THIS POSITION IS CONFIRMED INSIDE IR35**Hourly Rate: £20.84 - increasing to £26.40 after 12 weeks (per AWR) working under Umbrella Company BasisContract Duration - Remainder 2021Our Clients/ourselves are unable to provide sponsorship for Tier 2 General Visas; only candidates eligible to live and work in the UK need apply!
