A major car brand is looking for a Customer Service Advisor – Company Vehicle/Auto to join its team in Essex offering a salary of up to £22,000 plus Car Discount Scheme, Travel Insurance, Pension, Medical Insurance (after 12 months service), Critical Illness, Group Life Cover and 22 days holiday.As a Customer Service Advisor – Company Vehicle/Auto, your responsibilities will include:- Overseeing the company car contact centre.- Processing company car fines and contraventions, investigating and establishing with fleet operators the responsible drivers.- Taking ownership for centrally ordered stock vehicles, allocating them accordingly to the MRC scheme and company fleet.- Administering model year changes (liaison with order fulfilment) and managing these vehicles with minimum impact on the department and end users.- Ordering and feeding cars to company vehicle fleets (e.g., pool, development, engineering), feeding them their vehicles, removing the onus of ordering away from them.- Tracking PDI statuses and collection rates, working on initiatives to maximise the available collection appointments.- Actively working on returns, the end-of-life process and purchasing.- Responding to payroll and pension queries.- Logging DVLA cheques and take them to be banked.We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor – Company Vehicle/Auto who has the following skills and experiences:- Educated to A-Level / equivalent or above.- Previous experience in administration, customer service or an analytical support role.- Experience manipulating reports, able to analyse data and draw conclusions.- Microsoft Excel skills to at least an intermediate level (V Lookups, sort and filter, IF formulas), with experience using Microsoft SharePoint and capable of using Word and PowerPoint at an intermediate,- Experience running mail merges.- Experience using ticketing mail systems and live chat.- The ability to pick up new systems quickly.- Ability to manage multiple simultaneous workload strands and capable of solving complex problems.- Proven track record providing excellent customer service.- Have a hands on, can do, positive attitude.You will be working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.We understand that two positions are available for this role.
