There are opportunities for training and development plus company discount scheme, travel insurance, pension, medical insurance (after 12 months service), critical illness, group life, company discount scheme.Working as an integral part of the team, as a Business Analyst you will: - Monitor, evaluate and analyse sales performance to meet the demands of the sales and marketing team.- Maintain and develop daily reporting suites that track industry sales.- Be responsible for the maintenance and development of sales planning and analysis websites on the company intranet.- Support system development or migration projects as required.- Maintain vehicle specific DVLA registration codes.- Provide assistance to the SP&A Analyst during dealer forecast and transition of annual sales objective process.We are looking for a Business Analyst with the following:Essential:- Experience of working collaborativelywithin large corporations.- Educated to A-Level standard.- Essential to be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and Access with the ability to write and maintain Visual Basic macros.- Ability to interpret, summarize and present complex data.- Good inter-personal skills that develop strong relationships between various business areas including IT, external agencies and Senior Management.- Proven practiced level of analytical experience.Desirable:- Undergraduate University degree.- Experience with SharePoint Development and use of InfoPath.- Experience using Altryx and QlikView.- Previous experience working in the automotive industry.You will be working the hours of 08.30 am – 4.45 pm, Monday to Friday.
