Job Description

A market-leading UK Group is looking for a confident and organised Graduate Learning and Development Coordinator to join their Head Office team in Knutsford. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with the Head of Training and Development to help coordinate the companys graduate and apprenticeship strategies.The business youll be joining has a proven track record of developing graduate talent. With 380+ UK branches serving their local areas, they are a thriving business that offers graduates a fantastic platform to launch their careers.Role ResponsibilitiesJoining this business as a Graduate Learning and Development Coordinator, you will:

  • Coordinate graduate recruitment - working with various recruitment partners and differing approaches
  • Manage the onboarding of graduate hires
  • Create social media content to promote the companys training and learning agenda
  • Support the development of a new Learning Management System - Totara (full training will be provided although previous experience of the system would be an advantage)
  • Maintain & develop key talent databases
  • Coordinate the apprenticeship strategy, including apprenticeship levy engagement & reporting
  • Coordinate training initiatives, managing internal training events (liaising with/booking venues, managing course content, inviting attendees) and working with external 3rd party partners
  • Support the Head of Training & Development with periodic production of reports, analysis and other key management information
  • Complete general administrative tasks - processing of invoices, processing of journals etc.

  • A starting salary of £22,000 - £24,000

  • RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you should be:
  • A graduate with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident and outgoing with the ability to work independently and be proactive
  • Well organised with good attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in all aspects of Microsoft Office
  • Interested in people and the investment in learning and development of individuals (training or skills coaching experience is desirable but not necessary)
