Initially, responsible for candidate search/headhunting duties and then developing into client management and then perhaps taking on business development duties in the future.You will have an established client base to recruit for however the majority of candidates you will speak with are not actively thinking about a career move, but many remain open minded to opportunities that might have something particularly special to offer.You will need to be approachable and treat every person with respect and in a professional and polite manner. Consistency is important in this role, so you will need to be diligent and driven yet not aggressive, in your approach.Due to the nature of the work, you will need to be happy working evenings however this is not an environment where long hours are expected.About You:* Ideally you will have had some recruitment industry experience but not essential* Experience in managing business relationships, either customers or stakeholders* People focused and extremely personable and professional* A desire to learn and develop both personally and professionally* Extremely organised with high attention to detail* Good IT skills in Microsoft packages and using databases* Excellent communication skills including written communicationPackage* £22-£30k basic salary* Excellent commission structure* Realistic first year OTE, in excess of £60k* Full-time / Permanent* Based Harrogate / KnaresboroughKey Appointments UK Ltd will assess your suitability for the role based on the information contained in your CV and application.
