Job Description

Purchase Ledger AdministratorFlexible hoursWe are currently recruiting a Purchase Ledger Administrator to join this small friendly team working for a highly successful business based just a short drive from Knaresborough.This company is in a period of growth and this would be a great time to join the team. This is a company that really look after their team. Benefits include generous holiday entitlement, profit share bonus, plus other discretionary bonus, health scheme,free on site parking, social events, staff discount, early finish on a Friday plus more!The main purpose of this role is to manage the Purchase Ledger for this busy accounts team. You will work in a small friendly team who work flexible hours. This position can also offer flexible hours and full training can be given.Responsibilities:

  • Processing purchase ledger invoices
  • processing supplier payments
  • Assisting with month end procedures
  • Other adhoc admin as required
Requirements:
  • Previous Purchase Ledger experience
  • A good attention to detail
  • Good customer service skills
  • Good communication and numeracy skills
