WHAT WERE LOOKING FORWe are seeking a machine/production operator to work within our production team. You will be required to operate on the following machines, spot welders, CNC welding and bending, hydraulic presses, wire cutting and cropping machines. You will enjoy a fastpaced environment and relish the variety of machines and products to work on. You must have a continuous improvement mindset and you will be expected to improve the throughput, quality, working environment, cost and delivery of our products with complianceto health and safety. THE IDEAL CANDIDATEYou must enjoy and thrive on working as part of a team and be comfortable working on your own with a willingness to learn. You will have the drive and passion to make a positive difference to manufacturing excellence and demonstrate strong communicationskills. A great personality with a can-do attitude is a must and have a continuous improvement mindset and be a natural problem solver to ensure we meet our customer demands.You will need to be able to understand, read and interpret technical product drawings.
