Job Description

IT / SYSTEM MANAGER - KNARESBOROUGH - HYBRIDUp to £70,000We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join the team in Knaresborough at a manufacturing company. This is a hybrid role, requiring you in office 3 days per week.Responsibilities include:

  • Managing external vendor support contracts/relationships with internal business stakeholders
  • Assisting in the incident process to ensure all issues are dealt with within the SLAs and in line with business priorities
  • Coordinating with the global tech team/vendors to support IT infrastructure/end users
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key business stakeholders and have a network of cotacts to help understand different processes/functions within the business
  • Providing support/advice to end users to end users to ensure that the investments made in systems provide for maximum personal productivity
  • Owning/solving organisational information problems/requirements by analysing requirements, recommending system controls/protocols
  • Providing support/advice to users in creating test plans/performing first pass/stage testing as appropriate
  • Working with software supplier and users when required to ensure software meets business needs (in terms of functionality/appearance)
  • Perform the role of lead BA/PM as required
The ideal candidate will have:
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Software Documentation, Software Development Process, Change Management, Software Requirements, SSADM. Database Structure, SQL
  • Good relationship building/networking skills
  • Project Management experience
  • Potentially additional system knowledge such as Jira Atlassian, ERP, workflow, Business Central
