On behalf of this Financial Advisory business, we have an exciting opportunity for an Administration Assistant to join their team in Knaresborough, North Yorkshire.As an Administration Assistant the role will be to provide an efficient administration service for the team of advisers, assist in the procurement and processing of new business and the servicing of existing clients.ABOUT THE COMPANYThis successful and well-respected Financial Solutions business is looking for a Financial Services Administrator to join their professional and friendly team based in Knaresborough, North Yorkshire.WHATS ON OFFERJob type: Full-time - 37.5 hours per week.Salary: £22,000 - £25,000 pro rata dependant on experience.Work environment: Office-based.Location: Knaresborough, North Yorkshire.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES* Processing new business across Investments, Pensions & Life products* Obtain quotations, illustrations, portfolio valuations & allocate funds* Fielding client calls* Front of house receiving clients when attending the office* Keeping clients up to date* Letter writing, pre & post client meeting* Client correspondence including telephone, emails & letters* Filing & data input* Back-office maintenance & updates* Other duties as & when requiredSKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCEPreferable* Experience in a Financial Services administrative role* Knowledge of relevant financial services products* Effective communication skills* Able to manage own workloadTo explore this opportunity further, please apply with an up-to-date CV.Key Appointments UK Ltd will assess your suitability for the role based on the information contained in your CV and application.
