Are you passionate about delivering the highest standards of care and support to adults with learning disabilitiesREED Health and Care are delighted to be working with a leadingadult learning disability and complex needs service just outside West Lothian who are looking to recruit a Team Leader.This is a fantastic opportunity for the rightindividual who is looking to take the next step in their career within social care, with the ideal candidate coming from a senior support worker level who has experience in supervising and leading teams.This is a position in whichyou can really make a difference to the lives of adult service users who are vulnerable, supporting them to achieve positive outcomes, promotingchoice and maintaining independence to be able to live in their own home.The ideal candidate will be able to lead by example and be an advocate of best practice, supporting staff to provide a positive and welcoming service that meets the needs of the individuals they support and their families.Essential* Experience of working with adults with learning disabilities and challenging behaviour* Flexibilityto work a variety of different shifts, including weekends* Qualified to SVQ 3 level in Health and Social Care (or hold another qualification which meets SSSC requirements)* Hold a UK driving license and have access to your own vehicle.For more information about this exciting role, please contact Scott on .
