REED Accountancy is currently seeking an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk for their client, a construction and home building company in East Dunbartonshire. This is a great opportunity to join a well-established business, and become part of a close-knitteam who work collaboratively.The role is primarily focused on accounts payable and sub-contractor management, and therefore experience in these areas is desirable, but not essential. Responsibilities include: Coding and processing supplier invoices Processing weekly times sheets on payroll software Reconciling purchase ledger statements Processing monthly subcontractors valuations, checking CIS status Assist with some general admin dutiesThe ideal candidate will have experience of processing supplier invoices, and preferably have experience of dealing with CIS and sub-contractor administration.
