The service offers short to medium term accommodation to young people aged 16-26 years. The aim of the service is to help young people to develop the skills to ensure a successful transitioninto their own tenancy in the future.The service offers a range of practical skills including budgeting, good door keeping and key life skills. Alongside the practical element the service offers a nurturing environment for young people to increase their emotional well-being and experience apositive transition.We are looking for an Housing Support Worker to come and join our team. Shifts are 7.45am3.45pm, 12.30pm8.30pm and Waking Nights are 8-8pm. We may require an occasional sleepover shift for which you are paid an additional allowance for. We will alsoconsider 3 x 12hr nightshifts for this post.
