Job Description

Are you an experienced Customer Care Coordinator with a passion for delivering excellence in your roleOur team are delighted to be working with one of Glasgows fastest growing remedial and maintenance services contractors as they look to invest in key roles within their organisation. As such we are looking for a strong customer care professional with experiencein this industry to take on the role of Customer Care Coordinator and provide industry leading service to all clients.

  • Responsible for managing all customer-related issues throughout the works process and following completion.
  • Recording damages accurately onto the customer management system.
  • Arranging sub-contractors and ordering materials required to carry out the works.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues and liaising with subcontractors / clients to ensure the effective resolution of repairs and customer queries.
  • Effectively handling customer complaints.
  • Provide day to day administrative support as required.
Key attributes we are looking for you to showcase:
  • Experience of delivering excellent customer service in either a property, FM or insurance claim industry.
  • Strong IT skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage a high workload and see tasks through to completion.
  • Professional, assertive and confident communication skills.
