An exciting opportunity has arisen in Falkirk Community Integrated Mental Health Team for one part time permanent Community Psychiatric Nurse.A multi disciplinary team approach to care and service provision is utilised within the team. The service provides assessment, individualised treatment programmes and group wor.k for peoplewith a wide range of major mental healthproblems,which are severe and enduring.The successful candidate will require being self-motivated, enthusiastic, innovative and responsible for ensuring their ongoing professional development.
