Job Description

New business is the "new normal" - We are seeking sales professionals eager to make a name for themselves and take home between £8-10k per month in sales commissions working for a major Advertising and Publishing company based in Hong Kong with offices across the APAC (Asia Pacific) region.Their outlook is simple, in these trying times everything is up for grabs. The most proactive and relentless companies will win new contracts and force price reviews with even the most loyal of purchasers. They are committed to growing their European and US teams exponentially over 2020. They’re a renowned name in Asia but having secured tremendous financial backing; they aim to be one of the biggest players in their field globally by the end of 2021.To start with you will join one of their highly successful sales teamsbased in Asia selling print and digital display advertising opportunities as well as creative solutions in the consumer publishingmaterial market. This is a new business role and you will be engaging both with agencies and directly with clients, pitching and closing over the phone.   • Successful candidates will:
  • Have experience and proven success in B2B or B2C sales and telesales roles. BDM roles, Account Management and Lead Generation are backgrounds that have translated well to this role, but you do need to be proactive and accustomed to picking up the phone in an outbound environment.
  • Have a proven track record of negotiating and relationship building.
  • Be experienced in cold calling. Even though you’ll be working from pre-qualified leads, you’ll still need to show tenacity and resilience.
  • Want to undertake world class and ongoing training on the precise methods used by the client.
  • Be client focused and uphold the ethics of the company.
  • This is not a 9-5 role and if you’re happy in your comfort zone this environment won’t be for you.
