Job Description

We are looking to add an experienced Hire/Logistics/Operations professional to our internal logistics and repair team out at our Kintore site. This is a fast-paced role where you will be responsible for servicing our energy and renewables clients, coordinatingmachinery hires & delivery, and sales quotations. Great opportunity to come on board with a company leaning into the renewables sector and experiencing exciting growth.Responsibilities Overseeing and administering of deliveries and other logistical requirements. Preparation and submission of quotes in consultation with Proposals & Logistics Manager and management. Tracking quotations. Provision of technical advice and information to clients and prospective clients. Update of information in rental and certification databases. Preparation and submission of sales invoices. Produce system generated management reports. Overseeing operations and Inbound / Outbound Logistics, scheduling import and export shipments (by air, sea or land). Liaising between office and workshop/yard functions.
