The School of Foundation and Intermediate Learning and Employability has an excellent opportunity for an inspiring and ambitious individual to take on the role of Sessional Lecturer - ESOL. The key focus of this role is to provide an outstanding teachingand learning experience to our adult learners.You will teach ESOL across all levels to 19+ learners using a variety of teaching, learning and assessment strategies that meet the individual needs of all learners. You will monitor and track learners progress through the use of College systems and workcollaboratively with the Deputy Head of School in maintaining a high-quality performing provision, taking an active role in quality assurance, assessment, internal verification and class management tasks as required.Were looking for someone who has excellent current teaching skills in ESOL - teaching across all levels and working with both adults and teens. Wed like you to hold a degree or relevant professional qualification in an appropriate subject and have experienceas a personal tutor dealing with pastoral issues.
