NEW & OUTSTANDING PAYROLL OPPORTUNITY WORKING FOR FRIENDLY PROFESSIONAL ORGANISATION NEAR KINGSTON.Do you have c2 years plus payroll experience seeking a new challenge within an expanding supportive organisationDo you have excellent communication skills and a willing can-do attitude who works well in a very dedicated team environmentLive locally to the Kingston area and interested in a new role working for an extremely friendly and highly professional team environment for a well established local companyOur client is a very busy payroll bureau with over 1000 clients from sole traders employing just 1 person to expanding local businesses with over 100 people on their payroll who due to increased workload seeking to recruit a Senior Payroll Administrator. You will be joining a busy payroll bureau and will work as part of a professional friendly payroll team, where you would be expected to manage a portfolio of payrolls, processing them, in line with our service level agreements (SLA’s) and within KPI. Working as part of a team, you would support and assists colleagues and help provide our clients with the top level payroll and customer service. You would also assist with development and growth of the business working with the payroll manager and team leads to on-board new payroll clients. A summary of key responsibilities appear are summarised below:Manage portfolio of Payrolls (monthly fortnight and weekly)Process payrolls from start to finish and provide support and advice to clientsLiaise with clients and third partiesDeal with transfers of clients in and out of the businessSetting up and closing PAYE schemesWork with the team to improve and develop the payroll departmentTo work with the team to make sure all work is completedApplications for this opportunity are particularly welcomed from applicants with 2 year plus experience & very strong payroll skills to include a strong understanding of tax, NI statutory payments and payroll deductions. You will also require excellent communication skills & a flexible approach to working with good time management skills.
