REED HR are recruiting for an HR and Training Officer for our Kingston client.£28,000 - £35,000Are you passionate about human resources and employee development Do you have experience in delivering effective training programmes and managing employee relations If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as an HR and training officer.As an HR and training officer, you will be responsible for identifying the training and development needs of our staff, designing and delivering engaging learning activities, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
