Job Description

JOB TITLE: HR Recruitment AssociateLOCATION: Working from Home (Client Base- Kingston)HOURS: Monday- Friday, 9am- 5pmDURATION: 3 Months (Possibility of Being Extended)PAY RATE: £14/15 Hourly Rate (PAYE)START DATE: ASAPHR RECRUITMENT ASSOCIATES MAIN DUTIES:

  • Provide advice and acting as a champion for resourcing related telephone and email enquiries from candidates and recruiting managers
  • Assisting and advising on all aspects of vacancy advertising
  • Complete on-line vacancy pre employment checks including DBS, HCPC requirements, professional status checks etc
  • Dealing with new appointments - issuing confirmation offer letters, Principle Statement of Particulars (Contract of Employment), internal appointments
  • Creation of new starters/appointments onto the HR System, processing P45s and bank details etc through to payment
  • Issuing of Pension Enrolment information and letters
  • Be involved in delivering Adhoc resourcing relating project work
  • HR RECRUITMENT ASSOCIATE MUST HAVE:
  • Experience of working within an Organisational Development/Human Resources environment
  • Experience of supporting and advising on end to end recruitment cycles
  • Excellent customer service skills with a business solution focus
  • Problem solving skills with the ability to balance risks and support managers to speedily recruit to vacancies
