Job Description

Newstaff Employment Services are looking for a HR Project Support Officer for their client in Kingston Upon Thames on an initial 3-4 month contract.The Role:

  • Providing a professional secretarial function, providing support to ensure HR projects/programmes across the shared services meet the disired outcome and budget
  • Support Head of HR to develop project plans and effectively manage projects
  • Arrange meetings, coordinate activities across all areas of the HR service
  • Support the development of the project management project for key stakeholders
    • Person Specification
  • Have a good understanding of the HR Function
  • Be able to work with key stakeholders within the company
  • Display excellent communication skills across all levels
  • Experience in working in high pressure environment showing excellent prioritisation and coordination under varied workload
  • Experience of a wide range of software packages, including word, excel, Powerpoint, email the Internet (Google Suite, Trello, Jamboard disarable)
  • Experience of organsing meetings and events
