General Services TechnicianPurpose of the role:To support the Facilities Manger with general maintenance of the offices.Responsibilities: Carry out general maintenance and repair duties at offices.Carry out the daily tasks which include the daily delivery of all internal mail to the relevant department, the emptying of all the recycling bins and the keeping tidy of all printer/copier areas and communal areas.Carry out and planning of all internal desk moves, furniture movements etcCarry out all toner changes on the copiers/printers.Maintain office lighting.Putting up of whiteboards, pictures, clocks, etc.Maintain car park and external areas (e.g. clearing leaves, fire exits, snow).Make deliveries across the siteCarry out general decorating / gardening duties at Site.Ad hoc duties as required.The ideal candidate will have:Previous experience within a similar roleHave a hands on approachHave good communication skillsStrong work ethicPlease note:As you can appreciate we are currently overwhelmed with applications of individuals looking for both short term and permanent work and we can therefore only contact those applications that have relevant skills for positions that we currently have available.
