Job Description

We are urgently seeking an experienced and skilled Digital Project Delivery Manager to help deliver a digital project for one of our local government clients based in Kinston Upon Thames.The Digital Project Delivery Manager will assist with planning the agile delivery of the product and service. They will maintain a clear sense of direction and purpose for the team based upon the product vision.They will use agile tools to track progress against delivery, current items in the backlog, risks, issues and blockers. They will provide effective and clear communication of delivery progress to the team and stakeholders ensuring the team is delivering value early and often.They will continuously improve workflow where necessary (such as reducing bottlenecks, understanding velocity, work in progress limits, etc) and ensure the team is working towards the appropriate service standards.Ideal candidates will demonstrate the following:

  • Demonstrable experience of digital product/service project delivery using appropriate agile methodologies
  • Experience of using agile tools (such as as burndown charts, lead times, delivery rate)
  • Experience of tracking and reporting on digital projects
  • Experience and ability to bring people and views together to inform decision making
  • Skills in team motivation, focus and empowerment
  • Excellent key stakeholder skills
