Job Description

Scope:Our client specialises in innovative technology for the user, created to accurately capture real time footage and predominantly aimed at the security sector in particular, public sector.They have become the most successful European company in this rapidly expanding market and have sold their equipment to most of their targeted consumer base in the UK as well as many local authorities and private organisations. They currently sell into over 40 countries and are in the process of rapidly expanding their international activities.It is an exciting time to work for the company as they continue to lead the world in the development and application of this technology.Responsibilities:As the Content Marketing Executive, you’ll be responsible for the planning and execution of the global content marketing strategy. Your responsibilities include creating engaging assets, adapting the global email marketing strategy to local needs, collecting customers insights, and manage the event marketing strategy. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams and liaise with outside vendors. To be successful as a Content Marketing Executive, you should have extensive experience in thought leadership copy-writing, research and interviewing skills, and project management background. A top-notch candidate should demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and team player skills, creativity and innovation.

  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product management to understand our clients needs and priorities, and create compelling content that engages, converts and retains.
  • Develop, write and produce quality content in various formats, including articles, infographics, videos, gamification, presentations, eBooks and multimedia to drive client journeys through the buying cycle.
  • Conduct efficient and independent research on our product sector topics (security technology) across industries that informs, educates and inspires decision-makers.
  • Develop content marketing strategies and action plans to support the campaign marketing team targeting specific industries such public sector and retail organisations.
  • Partner closely with the marketing campaign team to create a global content marketing plan and calendar.
  • Curate events topics, agendas and memorable attendee experiences
  • Adapt the global email marketing strategy to local markets by translating copy, assets, landing pages or creating ad-hoc campaigns.
  • Analyse content performance and adapt editorial calendar/strategy based on results.
  • Implement best-in-class SEO.
  • About You:
  • Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or English related field is required.
  • Campaign marketing or event industry experience is desirable
  • Proficiency in one or more European language is advantageous
  • Superior organisational and project management skills, along with attention to detail
  • Exceptional communication skills, proactivity and determination
  • Proven track record managing multiple projects and deadlines
  • Professional business and/or technical writing experience
  • Effective interviewing skills
