Job Description

Job Title: Content CreatorLocation:Kingston Upon ThamesRate: £500/dayContract Length: 3 months, with the option to extendAbout the Role:We are seeking a skilled Content Creator to undertake a 3-month contract in collaboration with the digital team. The primary focus will be on uplifting web content, specifically in the adult social care section of the RBK website, aligning with CQC priorities.This is a crucial role to enhance the user experience and ensure compliance with Care Quality Commission standards.Key Responsibilities:

  1. Review and reorganise content structure on the RBK website, optimising for user needs and search.
  2. Eliminate redundant/duplicate content and rewrite existing pages as necessary for adult social care.
  3. Collaborate with service subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of information.
  4. Work on content for prototype testing related to the new occupational therapy referral route and financial assessment journey.
  5. Build and review new pages in the CMS, collaborating closely with the web team.
Key Outcomes:
  • Documentation of content strategy.
  • Information Architecture (IA) diagrams.
  • Search keywords for each page.
  • Revised and improved content live on the RBK adult social care website.
  • Prototype content ready for user testing.
Why the Work is Needed:Demand for adult social care services is increasing, and the RBK website must meet CQC standards. The current website is not user-friendly, leading to a need for content improvement, digital resolution capability, and enhanced customer experience.Skills and Experience:
