Were a publisher and event organiser based in the centre of Kingston upon Thames sitting at the heart of the events industry with our market leading brands - print, digital and live. Our biggest events run at the beginning of March at ExCeL London and eachof our 4 shows are renowned for the quality of the seminar programmes they deliver.We urgently require a Speaker Liaison/Programme Exec for a paid 6 month internship to support each of the Event Directors with the nuts and bolts of pulling these programmes together, liaising with our speakers on all aspects of scheduling and logisticsto ensure that the programmes run smoothly over the 2 day events.No experience required but the successful candidate will be organised, efficient and unflappable with strong interpersonal and communication skills and a desire to deliver excellence. Post internship there are opportunities to move into all areas of the business with previous interns moving into permanent marketing, ops and editorial roles.
