Job Description

We are recruiting for a Sales Advisor to work within a successful hand-made gifts company on the outskirts of Plymouth. This is a great opportunity to work in a fun, friendly office and varied sales role!As a successful Sales Advisor you will:

  • Spend your time working to generate new business and help to build the company brand. You will generate new leads and pursue opportunities through networking, social media and existing customers.
  • Upsell products and provide all the relevant information to customers, providing excellent customer service.
  • Process new orders for despatch, using the internal CRM system
You must have sales based experience and it would be hugely beneficial to have experience in product sales, have confidence on the phone and an interest in the industry. To be successful as a Sales Advisor you must have:
  • Strong organisational, multitasking, and decision-making abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a good eye for detail
  • Competency with Microsoft Office
  • Experience working in a customer service or telesales-based role
  • Outgoing, friendly and positive personality
  • Ability to work in a small team
  • Access to own vehicle (head office is not accessible by public transport)
This is a permanent position with a salary of £26,000-£28,000. Office hours Monday to Friday. Free parking and benefits including pension and holiday.
